At Mercados-Aries International we are pleased to provide services as Lender’s Technical Advisor to a new IPP PV Project in Saudi Arabia within the REPDO Round 3 program during the first phase of Technical Due Diligence up to Financial Close.
These services include a site visit and an independent energy yield assessment, along with a comprehensive review of technical, financial, environmental, and commercial aspects, with the aim to assess the risks and viability of the Project in line with all relevant regulations and agreements and good engineering practice.
