We continue expanding our services in Spain
Our Renewables team is carrying out the Lenders Technical Advisory services for two 5 MW Solar Photovoltaic Projects.
Such services are expected to be delivered in three phases:
• Phase 1: Technical Due Diligence and Financial Close Support: our experts will evaluate technical issues and their commercial consequences in order to submit the complete technical due diligence report, which may be used by the financing parties in their credit approval process.
• Phase 2: Construction and Acceptance Testing Monitoring: our experts supervise the execution of the works.
• Phase 3: Operation review: monitoring the performance of the Project and O&M activities performed for the Project and reporting to Lenders.
