Our team will be supporting Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi (ESCOM) in implementing the Government’s approved Financial Turnaround Strategy. ESCOM’s financial recovery is key to ensuring the viability of the energy sector and generating private investor confidence.
The project, funded by The World Bank, entails the preparation of a comprehensive set of options to improve the financial and operational performance of ESCOM, as well as a set of holistic electricity sector financial restructuring measures to return the sector to financial viability.
