Madrid, 19th December 2022. Mercados – Aries International (MAI) a recognized international consulting company in the energy and water sectors is glad to announce the acquisition of AmbiNor Consultoría y Proyectos SL, a company with 20 years in the environmental sector, in particular supporting environmental studies for energy developments and infrastructures.
AmbiNor provides services to the satisfaction of more than 270 entities in multiple sectors including Gamesa, Tecnicas Reunidas, Acciona, Endesa, Iberdrola, ACS, Adif, EDP, among others. This second acquisition in 2022 follows MAI business plan and will allow MAI to expand its portfolio of services and clients by incorporating new skills with the incorporation of 19 qualified professionals, as well as a client portfolio that will provide close to €1.8 million turnover in 2022.

On the other side, the integration will allow AmbinNor to grow faster and stronger in its current national market and enter new markets hand in hand with MAI, providing their services based on a solid background, and outstanding performance.

The acquisition was signed last Wednesday 14th December 2022 by Mauricio Bermejo, Juan Manuel González, and Félix Soto former owners of AmbiNor, and Matthew Peyranne Corporate Director of MAI.
