Ms. Hallack holds a Ph.D. in Economics and more than 15 years of professional experience having worked for both the private sector and public institutions such as the InterAmerican Development Bank.
She will contribute with her solid academic background as an economist and practical knowledge in energy, water, and sanitation economics.
