Last week our colleagues Jose Antonio Delgado Garcia and Anastasia Nekrasova joined Giorgi Gigineishvili, Director General of Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE), and Rajesh Kumar, Joint General Manager & Country Head of the contractor company – Larsen & Toubro for the contract signing ceremony for the construction of overhead transmission lines in Racha and Imereti regions, Georgia.
In the following days, our colleagues held a Steering Committee Meeting with the Client and a technical meeting, as well as a Kick-off Meeting with the Contractor.
With the completion of this milestone of signing the contract between the Contractor and the Client, Phase B of the consultancy began.
Phase A of the project started in February 2018 and has been completed this month. Phase B is scheduled to last 37 months until delivery of the facilities to the client’s satisfaction plus an additional 18 months for support during the Defect Notification Period.
