Lender’s Technical Advisory of 20 MW PV in Spain
The assessment included the general project review of the facilities and major technical equipment, with evaluation of access and site. The permits and licenses were checked related to activity, building and operating permits, among others, along with certificates such as the Final Completion Certificate or the Commissioning Certificate. We performed the solar resource and energy yield assessments of the PV plant based on the measured at the MV meters. In addition, we reviewed the Project’s shareholders and contracts, such as O&M, insurance or lease of land.
