The Indonesian energy utility
PT PLN (the Indonesian energy utility) contracted Mercados-Aries International to review and update the planning methodology, have first-hand experience implementing more complex methods of analysis and provide capacity building to the staff involved with the planning process of the company. The services included:
- Participation of the Consultant in the preparation of the Master Plan of Sumatra.
- Review and propose enhancements on the Master Planning methodology and suggest the way to introduce the best international practices.
- Perform the detail electrical analysis of the master plan.
- Design and provide formal training on planning and operation tools and methods.
