We are glad and proud to announce that Mercados-Aries International have supported the winning consortiums of the lowest bids of REPDO 2 tender (Kindong of Saudi Arabia), among others, with the following activities:
- Performing Solar Resource Assessment and Energy Yield assessment, led by our colleague Sara Cantador to the consortium that has been selected as lowest bidder in the two projects Category A. The consortium is made up of Alfanar, Al Blagha Holding and Desert Technology Industries
- Performing Solar Resource Assessment, Energy Yield assessment, optimization and conceptual engineering, led by our colleague Iván Ruano, to the consortium that has been selected as lowest bidder in the already announced 3 projects of Category B. The consortium is made up of Masdar, EDF and NESMA summarizing 5 out of of 5 plants, with a total capacity of 870MW.
Thanks to this achievement, Mercados-Aries International can nowadays be considered as the technical advisor with largest footprint in MENA for PV plants, providing a successful support to their strategic clients-partners.
