This is an ultra-luxury wellness and tourism destination on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. AMAALA is one of the projects sponsored by the sovereign wealth fund PIF to meet Saudi’s Vision 2030. AMAALA aspires to be an international tourism destination focused on wellness, sports, lifestyle, and culture. The resort destination which spans over 4,155km2 is located 40km north of the town of Al Wajh in Tabuk Province and south of the town of Duba.
The development consists of ultra-luxury hotels and residential accommodation located on the mainland and an island.
MAI as a technical advisor will be involved in the PV side of the project, which consists of a 156MWac Power PV plant.
