Mr. Fernandez holds a Ph.D. in Power Systems Engineering and a Ph.D. in Philosophy. He has more than 40 years of professional experience in the Power Sector, where 32 years served in Red Eléctrica de España (REE), in several senior positions.
Jose Luis will contribute with his deep knowledge of the Power Systems, TSO, and Power Sector Resilience plans, as well as ENTSO-e issues.
We have loads of good wishes for him in this new professional challenge in the high-level strategic consultancy world!
